Buy CBD Oil

By on August 7, 2017

Once people learn about the many benefits of CBD hemp oil, the next question they often ask is “where can I get it?”

You can easily order CBD hemp oil products like award-winning Real Scientific Hemp Oil™ and Dixie Botanicals® from our online store. As a nutritional supplement derived from imported hemp, CBD hemp oil is legal to purchase and ship, and is not affected by federal marijuana laws.

While it’s surely a good thing to make CBD oil easily available for people all over the world, the increasing popularity of products rich in cannabinoids has a not so pleasant side effect. Driven by the desire to explore this business opportunity and get the most of it, producers use misleading marketing and deceptive advertising to increase profits.

In order to convince people to buy CBD oil or other products made of hemp or containing cannabidiol, companies claim that their CBD can cure pretty much anything from cancer to acne scars, yet they have no scientific argument to back up their statements. It’s therefore not surprising to see that people are reluctant when it comes to purchasing such products, or that they feel overwhelmed and have no idea how to buy CBD oil without getting scammed.

To compound this problem, CBD is also one of the most misunderstood dietary substances. Many people confuse it with THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis.

Contrary to these misconceptions, CBD is legal worldwide and is completely safe. It contains no psychoactive elements, so there is no chance of “getting high.” For more details see the following facts:

The Facts & Benefits you should know about CBD oil:

  • There is no need of a doctor’s recommendation to purchase CBD Rich Hemp oils. You can read The Science of CBD
  • It contains no psychoactive elements. They will not make you high.
  • CBD is legal throughout the United States and in many countries around the world. You can legally purchase your cbd products online and consume Cannabidiol in any state.

You probably have some questions regarding CBD oil. We’ll attempt to answer frequently asked ones below.

Is CBD Available For You?

CBD, and any cannabinoid, intended to be ingested, is a food supplement. With any food or vitamin supplement, it is always best to consult a physician before making a change. This is especially true if there are current prescription medications in your life. We are not physicians and cannot diagnose, treat, or cure any symptoms. It is not recommended that pregnant or breastfeeding women ingest CBD as there is simply not enough research to determine the impact to the child. With that said, all mammals have the same endocannabinoid system that cannabinoids can support.

How Can I Take CBD Oil?

There are many different ways to include CBD and other cannabinoids in your life.

CBD Rich Hemp Raw Oils – This is the hemp oil directly extracted from the plant. This is the base substance for any other cannabinoid product, but it can be purchased and eaten on it’s own if you are looking to avoid any other ingredients and get a value in terms of price per serving. However, it doesn’t taste very good.

CBD Tinctures & Edibles – Tinctures start with a raw or decarboxylated oil, but they are a more palatable (tastier if you will) option. In order to make a tincture, emulsifiers and a carrier oil and flavoring are added to the base oil.

CBD E-Liquid – E-liquids offer a way to take in cannabinoids via the pulmonary versus digestive system. There is research to show that this allows the cannabinoids to get to work more quickly in the body. These products also start with a raw oil or a chrystallized version of hemp oil, known as isolate.

CBD / Hemp Topicals – In addition to assisting with internal health and well being, cannabinoids are used for skin care as well. The raw oils can be used directly on the skin. Additionally, topicals bind with different receptors than other ingestion methods. More below.

What is CBD oil? What is cannabidiol?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring constituent of industrial hemp/cannabis. Its formula is C21H30O2 and it has a molecular mass of 314.4636. Cannabidiol is the most abundant non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis,  commonly consumed to support overall health and wellness. The word ‘cannabis’ is the scientific genus name for both industrial hemp and marijuana; there are genetic and legal differences between the two, CBD oils that are legal nationwide don’t contain any marijuana.

‘CBD oil’ is a cannabis oil that has significant amounts of cannabidiol (CBD) contained within it.

Once you are ready to look at products, there are still many other factors to consider including; brand, CBD concentration, type of product, and above all, your very own needs. Let’s look at some of these criteria now.

CBD Oil Buying Criteria

CBD products come in all shapes, sizes, and forms. Understanding how to compare similar products and distinguish seemingly identical products is your first step toward making an informed decision when it comes to CBD.

Below, we will examine the four most important criteria that mark the differences between CBD products and give you a quick and handy way to tell them apart.

CBD Volume

One of the most important buying criteria for many people is how much CBD each product contains. Obviously, different products contain different quantities of CBD, and even though there isn’t such thing as “too much CBD, ” it pays to know exactly how much you’re ingesting. When checking for CBD quantity, make sure that it specifically relates to CBD and not just overall hemp oil, as we will see below.

Hemp Oil Volume

CBD products are typically measured in two quantities: CBD quantity, as we’ve seen above, and hemp oil quantity, which refers to the total volume of hemp oil contained in the product. While hemp oil has beneficial properties of its own, when buying CBD products you should really be looking specifically for the quantity of CBD that is present in a particular product.

As an example, consider that the relationship of hemp oil to CBD is very similar to fish oil and its beneficial compounds. Fish oil supplements contain a certain amount of total fish oil and a certain amount of DHA and EPA (which are the important substances in this supplement). So, people shopping for fish oil supplements should in fact be looking for total EPA and DHA quantities per pill – not total fish oil. The same holds true for CBD as well. When buying hemp oil products, people should be looking for the CBD quantity present in a particular product instead of the hemp oil quantity.

Concentration

Along with CBD volume, concentration is considered by most people to be the most important characteristic in any CBD product. Concentration refers to the abundance of CBD when compared to the total volume of the product. At Healthy Hemp Oil, we offer products that range from normal strength to super-high CBD concentrations. Naturally, what concentration you choose depends on how much CBD you want to take and what type of product you are getting it from.

New users are recommended to take 1 to 2 mg daily at first, as this is the typical small serving size for an adult. Depending on your metabolism, body weight, and desired effects, you might want to start with 3 mg, and you can always up the serving size after that as your body gets accustomed to it.

CBD has maximum efficiency when used consistently, much like a daily multivitamin supplement. This effect is due to the fact that it takes a while for your body to adjust to the chemical compounds found in CBD. As there are no psychoactive or dangerous components present in CBD, you can safely up your serving size to find the optimal concentration for you.

If you are a beginner, a tried and tested approach is to start off with 2 or 3 mg of CBD taken daily for a week. If you don’t feel strong benefits after that, you double the serving size and repeat for another week until you find that sweet spot.
